HomesInteractive is a dynamic Australian company with a background in business and real estate development, architecture, interiors, building construction, software and concept-to-product development. The firm consists of a series of joint venture partners (AUS & US) working on the concept of ‘Architecture & IT joining to create the 'Carbon Neutral' Homes of the Future ... Today’, by integrating green design principles with touchscreen infotainment delivery in the kitchen, dressing, bath, playrooms and garage, collectively providing ‘intelligent’ services to the home owner.
'PantryPC.com Websoft Application' (see below) and its content management software is our first release in a series of software applications and as such the pantry pc system plays a pivotal role in the aforementioned concepts of interactive ‘smart' homes.
Other
works-in-progress include gaming development projects, virtual world website as a children's storytelling platform and real estate marketing systems incorporating mobile technology delivery methods as part of the marketing mix and various other web 2.0 concepts. These 'in-progress' projects also play a pivotal role in furthering our interactive ‘smart’ homes concepts, in readiness to implement all of the above in various real estate developments to be undertaken by our company, or in joint venture with developers working in the ‘Smart Homes’ corridor.
We believe smart 'Carbon Neutral' homes real estate developments will deliver a competitive advantage to developers and a great investment for home owners. We use joint venture business models with business participants.

ABOUT SMART HOME CABINETS
'Our Home Cabinet PC' is the software development division of Homes Interactive,which has been established to provide in-home web services being partly software systems mixed with social networking services, for our interactive home designs and the online community at large.
